It is incredibly important to manage trust in the atmosphere of social media where competitors and nation state bad actors often post misinformation that can be damaging to brands. This misinformation could be pharmaceutical warnings, fake news, expression of disappointment, and other reputationally damaging material. Rewarding Wellness - Fitness Tracking of Steps
trustr sponsored a study where unknown participants were sourced through Facebook based on self-assessed sedentariness. trustr set out to achieve parity or improvement upon the industry average of 8% retention after 30 days in a rewarded wellness program. Using a program by our own design, supplemented with the use of timed rewards and motivational messages, trustr achieved 91% retention after 40 days, which is an 11-fold increase. All of the remaining participants expressed gratitude and feel better, a finding that was corroborated by their co-registered fitness tracking information. We termed this assessment “invisible” patient-reported outcomes, and used artificial intelligence to lateralize the data insights to new specifications for our enterprise customers.
Global 10 Pharmaceutical Company
trustr was engaged by a Global 10 Pharmaceutical Company to launch a North American campaign to better understand the needs of patients with asthma. This data-rich exercise leveraged our understanding of rewards and behavioral economics to drive continued engagement across the 30-60 day windows of sequential studies. At the end of each phase we discovered new knowledge that was immediately useful to the client and immediately useful to patients. We then created a “Pharma Module” for specific enterprise pharmaceutical customers that can enable an organization to launch any campaign, including for rewarding compliance, for rewarding feedback, and for the sharing of intelligent patient reported outcomes (iPROs).
Federal Contract - Health and Human Services
trustr was engaged by a top Federal Contractor to apply its rewarding engine to the area of timesheet management. Timesheet inaccuracies and time theft cost the Federal Government $billions and yet the root cause of tardiness or inaccurate submissions is human behavior, which can be encouraged and modified using trustr. In this work case, we are invited to create a tool that will work across 2,000 of the largest federal subcontractors, at the enterprise level.
